SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with JOE LUXE. Please read our Shipping Policy below.
How we ship
- All orders within India are sent through registered domestic courier partners and/or India Post Speed Post.
- We dispatch on working days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
- We use only reputable courier services so your order reaches you safely and on time.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are handed to the courier within 5–7 working days of order and payment, or by the date agreed when your order was confirmed.
- Delivery within India usually takes around 7 days after dispatch. Actual times depend on the courier or postal service and your location.
Delays
Once your parcel is handed over, delivery is in the hands of the courier or postal service. JOE LUXE is not responsible for delays caused by them, but we are happy to help you follow up.
Damage in transit
JOE LUXE takes responsibility for orders damaged in transit to you. See our Refund Policy for how to report damage (an unboxing video is required).
Return shipping costs
Shipping charges for returning an item are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it does not include the return shipping cost.
